Villa Ouranos

Villa Ouranos (Ouranos means “sky”) is one of the three luxury villas that Akra Zouanna Villas complex offers to its guests. Sitting at the highest level of the plot it generously offers magnificent sea views, along with the true feel of the natural sea breeze as it is only 200m from Agios Ioannis beach. It features three bedrooms, all with ensuite bathrooms, spacious sitting room with earthy colors and an ambience that successfully combines modern luxury with refined, classical touches, and a wonderful infinity pool.
The serene and quiet environment enhances the charm of the place, making it a perfect getaway to relax and release stress. The wider area around the premises is with wild verdant land covered by olive groves, adding to the rich natural green scenery, while the wider area around the villa comprises of scattered, low-rise houses and vacation villas. Guests can find a few cafes and a traditional taverns by the beach, at a small distance from the location. Being close to two beaches (Agios Ioannis and Krioneri), the villa provides options for exploration, while watersports like kitesurfing and windsurfing are yet another option close by. Agios Ioannis is a blue flag awarded beach supervised by two lifeguards.
The villa hosts up to 6 adults, whereas it could host up to 8 if two children are included.

Layout

Villa Ouranos is located at the top of Akra Zouanna villas, that spreads across three storeys, with total surface of 135sq.m. The villa has stylish ambience with total-white and earthy tones, and a combination of modern furniture with classical touches all around. Floor-to-ceiling windowpanes let natural light inside the villa, while allowing for unobstructed, spectacular sea views.
Villa Ouranos has with three spacious bedrooms with three ensuite bathrooms and an extra guest WC. Two bedrooms are located at the lower floor and equipped with ensuite shower rooms and 32’ TVs. One of the two has a king size bed which can split to form two single beds. On the top floor, you’ll find a well-organised and lofty air-conditioned bedroom with ensuite bathroom and a 43’ smart TV.
The mid-level features a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, sitting room with three sofas, a 55’ smart TV, an energy fireplace, and an extra WC. This is the level where large glass doors offer direct access to the swimming pool and outdoor sitting area.

Outdoors

The villa outdoors features a private swimming pool of 40sq.m. with jacuzzi jets, a large dining table with dining chairs, loungers and sunbeds, a shower, an artsy space for a barbeque and private parking for 2 cars. At the entrance side, there is a long ramp so that people with some movement difficulty can avoid the outdoor stairs.
