Villa Phaedra (160sqm) is a gorgeous private villa with 4 delightfully decorated bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms. Surrounded by pine trees, beautifully nestled in lush green scenery, the property provides you an unforgettable rendezvous with mother nature’s breathtaking beauty. It has amazing panoramic views and is located just 3kms above the seaside village of Ligia and only 550m outside the picturesque village of Katouna in Lefkada. This is a family friendly villa, offering facilities for young kids.

The villa is part of Inoro villas, a complex of two private villas, located at a small distance and separated by a tall fence, within a plot of land of 3,000 sq.m. The area is split in two to ensure each villa occupies its own 1,500 sq.m. of private land. The limits of each villa are firmly defined by olive trees and the fence. The setting allows for reservations from very large families or groups of friends.

The villa occupancy is for 8 guests, but it can accommodate up to 10 if two children are included.

Layout

Villa Phaedra (180sqm) is divided onto two floors and has four elegantly designed bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. The upper floor houses the entrance door, two double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, living areas, and an additional WC. The open concept kitchen is bright and well-lit, and it is fully equipped. The living room and the dining room are beautified with a fireplace and comfortable furniture, offering loads of room and stunning sea horizon panoramas. A spacious veranda extends from the dining and seating spaces, providing spectacular, magnificent vistas of the olive orchards and coastline, with views reaching the mainland highlands.

Another two bedrooms with ensuite shower rooms are located on the lower floor. One bedroom is double and the other one with a king size bed which can split to form two twin beds. The lower floor’s French doors open to reveal the peaceful swimming pool area, alongside sun umbrellas and sunbeds which provide the ideal atmosphere for pure relaxation. There is a designated area for BBQ which offers the opportunity for grilled dinners under the sparkling stars of the magnificent night skies. There is parking space onsite, for two cars.
