This Luxury Villa in Lefkada features elements of Mother Nature, like old stone fences stretching in and out of the villa and olive trees naturally blending with the outdoor wooden decks. The glass windowpanes from floor to ceiling make full use of sunlight and ensure that the guests experience nature in its truest form.

Entrance level

The mid-level hosts the main areas, including the entrance, live and dine, and kitchen. The living area has a flat-screen TV, fireplace, Catellani & Smith lighting resembling the moon and state-of-the-art furniture where you can relax and enjoy the outdoor view. The dining area, with its marble floor, features designer furniture with space for 10 persons and an Ingo Maurer ceiling light. The modern fitted kitchen’s cupboard doors are made from Murano glass, whereas the kitchen itself is fully equipped, with both the use of electricity and gas. At the same level, there is a double bedroom of 25sq.m. with a king-size bed (or 2 single beds), including a full en-suite bathroom and its own outdoor seating, and an additional WC for guests.

Upper level

The upper level features a master bedroom of 55 sq.m. with a king-size bed, a reclining back and massage facility, and a Tempurpedic mattress. The master bedroom has an en-suite shower room and an open bath plan. The bedroom has large windows, so you never miss the opportunity to catch spectacular outdoor views.

Lower level

The lower level has a large bedroom stretching over 65sq.m., featuring a king-sized bed (or 2 single beds). It has a seating area and an en-suite shower room. There is a home cinema and PS4 so you can use this room for your activities. The lower level is also equipped with a desk area. In addition, it also features a private studio of 70sq.m., overlooking stunning views while ensuring absolute privacy. It features 1 double bedroom, an en-suite WC, a clear glass in-bedroom shower room, and an extra sitting room.

Outdoor areas

The outdoors features a large pool of 45 sq.m. filled with clean water and multiple seating areas around 2 wooden decks, where you can chill and relax while absorbing nature in its prime. Wherever you are around the villa, you can relish the ethereal views and nature in all its glory. There’s also an open-air gym so you do not miss out on your fitness regime on vacation. We also offer you a built-in charcoal barbeque, a gas barbeque, and terraces with sunbeds where you can de-stress and rejuvenate.
