This exquisite one-storey villa is nestled on the southwestern coast of Lefkada, just 2 kilometers from the quaint village of Athani, and about 10-minute drive from three of Greece’s most renowned beaches.
Layout
Infinity Clouds Villa offers three generously sized bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom. The interior is thoughtfully designed with a modern aesthetic, featuring earthy tones that create a warm and inviting ambiance. The open-plan living area includes a fully equipped kitchen, a dining space, and a comfortable sitting area, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploration.
Outdoors
Step outside to discover a private infinity pool complete with a jacuzzi, where you can soak up the sun or admire the panoramic views of the azure sea. The outdoor terrace, furnished with four sunbeds and shaded areas, invites you to relax and bask in the serene surroundings. An in-ground seating area provides the ideal spot for peaceful reflection, while the outdoor dining area, equipped with a gas BBQ, is perfect for savoring al fresco meals with loved ones against the backdrop of stunning sunsets.
Infinity Clouds Villa is entirely independent from the other two villas on the property, each of which is situated on a different ground level. The three villas share a common entrance gate, beyond which a paved private driveway leads to each villa’s private parking area, conveniently located adjacent to the villa.
The property is about 2 km from the village of Athani. It is also a short drive to three of Greece’s top beaches: Porto Katsiki (9km), Gialos (5km), and Egremni (3km). The road leading to the villa is unpaved, but no issues for all normal type of cars.
The villa’s normal occupancy is 6 people but it could also sleep an additional person (if children are included) at the sofa bed at a small extra cost.
