The ground floor features a fully equipped kitchen, a stylish living area, one double bedroom, and a shower room, while the first floor offers one double bedroom, one twin bedroom, and a spacious family bathroom with both a bathtub and a shower.

The villa’s private pool area, just a few steps from the main living level, is the ultimate spot for relaxation, sunbathing, and alfresco dining, complete with sunbeds, umbrellas, and a charcoal BBQ, all set against uninterrupted sea views. Access involves around 50 steps up from the parking area, making it a fit for guests comfortable with stairs, with the reward of stunning panoramic vistas from both the villa and pool. Spilia Beach can be reached on foot as it is around 200 meters away from the bottom of the entire plot, offering organized sunbeds, a beach bar, and a charming seaside taverna serving traditional Greek cuisine. The port, a mini market, and an additional taverna are within 1 km, while Ammos Beach and Vathy village lie 3 km and 4.5 km to the east, and Spartochori village is 3 km to the west.

The plot actually has two sister-villas with Villa Alex located on top and villa Argiri at the bottom. Villa Alex is fully independent from Villa Argiri, yet the two villas can be combined for larger groups, offering an exceptional option for extended families or friends seeking both space and privacy in a stunning island setting.
