Villa Anthos 

Villa Anthos is a private, stylishly decorated villa with dazzling sea views, a perfect getaway of peace and fun for you and your family. This is a modern villa with classical touches, dressed in white and located very close to the Agios Ioannis beach, just 200m away. The natural green scenery all around makes it the perfect serene space. Villa Anthos sits in the middle of the plot of the Akra Zouanna villas complex. It is the ideal choice if you are looking for a relaxing stay combined with convenience of everything around you as it is situated close to the facilities of Lefkada town.
The serene and quiet environment enhances the charm of the place, making it a perfect getaway to relax and release stress. The wider area around the premises is with wild verdant land covered by olive groves, adding to the rich natural green scenery, while the wider area around the villa comprises of scattered, low-rise houses and vacation villas. Guests can find a few cafes and a traditional taverns by the beach, at a small distance from the location. Being close to two beaches (Agios Ioannis and Krioneri), the villa provides options for exploration, while watersports like kitesurfing and windsurfing are yet another option close by. Agios Ioannis is a blue flag awarded beach supervised by two lifeguards.
The villa hosts up to 4 adults, whereas it could host up to 6 if two children are included.

Layout

The villa is spread into two floors; the lower floor features 2 bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with a king-sized bed which can be split to form two single beds. Both the bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms. The upper floor of the villa occupies the kitchen, dining and living area, and an extra WC, while large glass doors extend the villa’s living spaces out to the pool area. Floor-to-ceiling windowpanes at both floors, let natural light inside the villa, while allowing for unobstructed, spectacular sea views.

Outdoors:

The outdoor spaces feature an infinity swimming pool of 40sq.m. with jacuzzi jets overlooking the amazing sea and olive grove views, loungers, and sunbeds for your relaxation and suntanning, dining furniture, an outdoor shower water, parking space for two cars.
