It is situated at an ideal location, within a picturesque green landscape, within easy reach of a mini market (200m) and in the vicinity of a long sandy beach where you can enjoy watersports such as windsurfing and kitesurfing. You can also charter a boat and sail to the smaller islets close to Lefkada to make the most of your vacation. Villa Arenaria has an underfloor refreshing system, providing cooling for summers and heating for winters. It also offers 2 complimentary mountain bikes for adventure enthusiasts to give you an adrenaline rush and ensure your holiday does not lack thrill.

The villa occupancy is for 4 guests, but it can accommodate up to 6 if 2 children are included.

Layout

The ground floor villa covers 100 sq.m. with a 20 sq.m. space designated for the terrace, extending out of the living room. It features 2 bedrooms with state-of-the-art furniture, en-suite bathrooms, and TVs. The dining room gives you a rustic, traditional vibe with its wooden architecture and antique adornments. You get a fully equipped kitchen, separated from the living room by a finely crafted wooden partition, which reflects the distinctive elements of Lefkadian architecture. The living room features 2 comfy couches, an armchair, a large stool, and an extra WC. One of the couches extends to form a king-size bed, providing another spot to relax and nap.

Outdoors

The Villa’s lush green garden adds to its iconic beauty. This is a plot of 1,500 sq.m. full of landscaped gardens and lemon and orange trees all around. It is ideal for kids to have space to run and enjoy its playground with a swing and slide, or for adults to keep fit at its outdoor gym with a pull-up system station including a climbing rope and wood rings. When not sipping a cold drink in the pool, you may lay around at the stylishly designed lounge area by the pool. Do not forget to prepare a BBQ meal for your party at the specially made covered area in the garden, or if you would like to get that extra treat for yourself, why not book a chef to prepare your meal for you?

Tips: Family-friendly with various facilities for children. Ideal for people with some mobility restrictions as the villa spreads along the ground floor (only a couple of steps indoors). Its garden, as well as the overall area stretching from the villa, the beach, the olive grove and the town of Lefkada, is within flat grounds and easy to reach.
