The thoughtfully designed 110 sq.m. villa is arranged over two levels and comfortably accommodates up to six guests (an additional child could be accommodated on sofa or camp bed – please enquire). The ground floor features a fully equipped modern kitchen, an elegant open-plan living area, a twin bedroom (beds fully connect), and a shower room. Upstairs, guests will find a serene double bedroom, a twin bedroom, and a spacious family bathroom equipped with both a bathtub and a separate shower.

Outside, the private swimming pool is perfectly positioned to enjoy stunning sea and village views, with sun loungers and umbrellas inviting guests to relax and unwind. A charcoal BBQ area provides the perfect setting for alfresco dining, while private parking for one car is available on site (more space available across the street below).

Going down a few steps and then a short walk leads to an organised beach with sunbeds and umbrellas, a charming seaside taverna, and a beach bar, while the nearby port, mini market, and additional waterfront dining options are within easy reach. Villa Argiri is fully independent from its sister property, Villa Alex which is located at the higher end of the plot, above villa Argiri, yet the two villas can be combined for larger groups, offering an exceptional option for extended families or friends seeking both space and privacy in a stunning island setting.
