A charmingly lovely property with two bedrooms and a large private pool, granting stunning views. It is located only a few minutes’ walk from the village of Athani and even closer to three local restaurants.

The positioning of the pool and outdoor furniture, the outdoor kiosk where you can take your meal or BBQ, they all offer options to relax and enjoy unparalleled views throughout the day. The shocking revelation though, begins when the sun sinks into the distance. The red-gold-made colors that burst from the water depict a heavenly outlook providing one-of-a-kind experiences in which the spirit soothes, and the brain yearns for whatever beautiful sentiments were felt.

The villa is positioned on the island’s southwest shore; wherein mother nature has bestowed majestic beauty. This is where all the award-wining, breathtaking beaches are located, encircled by wilderness, at the virgin and pure side of Lefkada, at the bottom of the mountainous coast. Settlements are found on top of the mountain that runs through the backbone of the island, offering panoramic views of the unending blue ocean and stunning sunsets.

Villa Eleni is one of the two Egremni villas situated on the same patch of land, but each one is completely private and independent because they are located on an entirely different floor level, encircled by nature’s tranquility and peace.

The property conveniently sits on foot to two tavernas and is just approximately 1km walk from the village of Athani. It is only around a short drive to three of Greece’s top beaches: Porto Katsiki (8km), Gialos (5km), and Egremni (3km).

The villa occupancy is for 4 guests, but it can accommodate up to 6 if two children are included.

Layout

Villa Eleni is a fantastic two storey villa of 100sq.m. Its interior is modern and stylishly decorated. The spacious, open-plan living space will make you feel like having a home away from home. It includes a fireplace, sitting furniture with a sofa which can accommodate two children, a smart flat-screen television, dining furniture, a fully equipped kitchen, and a guest WC with a shower handle. The staircase leads to the upper level, which has one double bedroom and a bedroom with two single beds which connect to form a king size bed and a family bathroom featuring shower hydro massage. The bedrooms open out onto balconies with breathtaking views.

Outdoors

Villa Eleni has a large swimming pool and plenty of terraces with sunshades and sunbeds, outdoor shower, and seating, where you can relax and take in the landscapes and majesty of the Greek skyline. You will also find a BBQ and a kiosk with dining furniture where you can enjoy your supper while taking in the breathtaking sunset and sea views.
