Villa Erini 

The villa is beautifully built, and the interior is a sight to behold. It is a spacious 3-bedroom villa with 3.5 bathrooms (150 sq.m.) featuring all amenities required for a wholesome indoor and outdoor experience. The villa has been meticulously designed with tasteful decor to stimulate positivity and good vibes, along with an abundance of generosity, comfort, luxury, and lavishness.

Ground floor

The ground floor features a spacious area for living and dining with relaxing furniture. The sofas face the swimming pool and the sea, so you can chill and relax while enjoying the beautiful views. The living room features a welcoming fireplace corner, a WC, and a well-equipped kitchen. The spacious island offers extra ease to guests who enjoy cooking their own meals during their stay. The kitchen is an open space with doors and windows to welcome natural light.

Next to the living room is a double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom with its own private entrance, allowing additional privacy.

Upper floor

A wooden staircase leads to the first floor, featuring two spacious bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, one with a double bed and one with two twin beds. Both bedrooms have access to a balcony with stunning sea views. All three bedrooms and living areas are air-conditioned, while they also feature ceiling fans for those who prefer a “greener” way of cooling.

Outdoors

The villa features a private swimming pool with sunbeds, dining area and a small chapel named after St. Irene, all overlooking the blue Ionian Sea and the lush green Princes Islands.
The villa occupancy is up to 6 adults, whereas it could host up to 8 if two children are included.
