Villa Gaia 

A heavenly villa with lush green scenery and sea views embraced by a completely natural habitat is just what you need to treat your mind and soul. Villa Gaia is located close to the beach of Agios Ioannis, just 3kms from Lefkada town. The villa overlooks remarkable sea views while peacefulness allows wave sounds to holistically liberate your senses from the tension of everyday life. Villa Gaia is the lower of three villas of the Akra Zouanna villas complex. Villa Gaia covers about 85sq.m. while it features a wonderful infinity pool of 40sq.m. This is a fine cave villa, with floor to ceiling large glass doors allowing natural lighting spread into the whitewashed indoor areas.
The serene and quiet environment enhances the charm of the place, making it a perfect getaway to relax and release stress. The wider area around the premises is with wild verdant land covered by olive groves, adding to the rich natural green scenery, while the wider area around the villa comprises of scattered, low-rise houses and vacation villas. Guests can find a few cafes and a traditional tavern by the beach, at a small distance from the location. Being close to two beaches (Agios Ioannis and Krioneri), the villa provides options for exploration, while watersports like kitesurfing and windsurfing are yet another option close by. Agios Ioannis is a blue flag awarded beach supervised by two lifeguards.
The villa hosts up to 4 adults, whereas it could host up to 6 if two children are included.

Layout
The villa stretches out over one single floor, so it is ideal for people who prefer avoid stairs. It features 2 bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with a king-sized bed which can be split to form two single beds. The villa also features two bathrooms, a fully-equipped kitchen, dining and living area, and an extra WC, while both bedrooms and the sitting room all have direct access to the infinity pool via large glass doors which allow natural light in the premises and fantastic views over the olive grove and the sea ahead.
Outdoors, there is an infinity swimming pool of 36sq.m. with jacuzzi jets, loungers and sunbeds, dining furniture, an outdoor shower, parking space for two cars.
