The villa enjoys total privacy and is located at the heart of the island, conveniently within easy reach of beaches, shops, villages, with being less than 15 min away, Spartochori village being at s. 1km flat grounds away.

Layout

Enter the villa into an open-plan area which includes dining, sitting room and kitchen facilities, with large glass door panes allowing natural light flow in the interiors. The villa is intelligently laid out with easy access to everything, so when getting out of your bed, you can flop into the pool in no time. There are two bedrooms, one facing the front of the villa, with wonderful seaviews and views of the lush landscape, and the other one at the back of the villa, enjoying the afternoon sun. Both have an ensuite bathroom each with their own wardrobe facilities. They both feature have queen size beds (1.60m x 2m). Mattresses carry the renowned Greek Coco-mat brand, which is committed to sustainability by using only natural materials and delivering premium designs that offer a relaxed and comfortable sleep

Outdoor areas

Enjoy the luxury accommodation with a large pool terrace with four sun loungers, a BBQ corner and dining facilities, always enjoying the beautiful surrounding landscape of an endless olive grove.

You may park your car just at the back of the villa within the overall fenced plot, hosting our 4 villas in total. The villas are laid out one next to each other, however, they are independent from one another, while the owners have endeavored for maximum privacy possible. Villa Mesogi S enjoys full privacy as it is the last one at the far end side of the complex, and at a bit elevated ground level, just by the lush greenery.

The normal occupancy of the villa is for 4 people but may also allow a kid to sleep on the sofa bed.
